- I've got a tape measure, what is my hat size?
To determine your cap size, wrap that tape measure around your
head at the place the sweatband rests. Use the chart below to
convert the results to the exact cap size. For in-between sizes,
you'll probably want to "round-up."

register tape will - keep a review of your order. When you are
ready to check out click the "check out" button. Then, fill
out the customer order page, and your merchandise will be shipped
as quickly as possible.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
*PLEASE NOTE: your credit card billing address must match shipping address for your order to be processed. If there is not a match, your order will be cancelled.
In most cases a customer service representative will contact you regarding any
discrepancies.

to us using the latest in security measures (SSL). Online ordering
with GrandStand is always safe and secure. In accordance with
the Fair Credit Billing Act if a fraudulent charge does appear
on your card as a result of shopping online, all you are liable
for is $50.00
- How fast will I receive my order?
UPS does most of our shipping, using the fastest and most affordable
option available. Unless otherwise stated on the product description
page, please allow the following time frames for handling of
your purchase.
- Handling time for in-stock products is usually 2/3 business
days.
- Handling time for memorabilia is usually 7 business days.
- Handling time for special orders and out-of-stock items
is 1 to 6 weeks.

- What if a product is sold out?
If you order a product currently out-of-stock our Customer Service
department will contact you and place the item on backorder
if requested.
- What should I do if I can not find an item on the site?
If you are unable to find a product contact our Customer Service
department and we will do our best to locate that item through
one of our suppliers.
- What's your return policy?
We're committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any
reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you
can get a full refund, less the cost of shipping,
within thirty business days of receipt of the item(s) as long as the following does not apply to your order:
~The receipt and tags are with the merchandise.
~The item also has to be in the same condition.
~Returns and exchanges not available for all White Sox Championship, World Series, Bears Championship, and Superbowl merchandise.
~All custom orders are FINAL SALE.

All items shipped by GrandStand are packaged carefully, so please
don't accept a damaged shipment. UPS will return it to
us at no cost to you, and we will ship a new product to your
attention. After you've taken receipt of an item, the
normal Return Policy is in effect.
- What about international duties, taxes, and/or brokerage
fees?
International duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included
and are the responsibility of the customer. We will contact
you via e-mail to advise you of these costs prior to shipment.
