Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you must not be in these guidelines:
- Returns/exchanges accepted after 14 days from date of sale.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Items need to be in the original packaging and tags on all merchandise
- Original sales receipt MUST accompany merchandise
- No returns or exchanges on any special orders, player specific items, personalized items, autographed items, any promotional item or clearance items NO EXCEPTIONS.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Certain health or hygiene products once opened
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Items need to be in the original packaging and tags on all merchandise
- Original sales receipt MUST accompany merchandise

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly with the shipping company.
Key Steps for Filing a Damage Claim
- Time Limit: Initiate the claim within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
- Information Needed: Tracking number, detailed description of the damage, and photos showing the damage and packaging.
- Evidence: Take three specific photos: 1) The damaged item, 2) The package with inner packaging, 3) The outside of the box with the label.
- Inspection: Retain all original packaging, contents, and documents until the claim is resolved, as a physical inspection may be required.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 5–10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank for verification
